The 2-24 event will disseminate the latest cutting-edge data, provide high quality education and excellent networking opportunities for oncologists and other stakeholders.

The meeting’s theme, “Targeting Provider Wellness for Exceptional Patient Care,” takes a step in a direction that is often overlooked in the daily rush. Provider wellness is an important aspect that deserves equal playtime and consideration. Being well, treating your physical and mental health as a priority, and living to achieve work-life balance — all go a long way toward helping us to serve as a role model for our patients. During the meeting, we will highlight various aspects of provider wellness and correlate how that impacts patient care.

The annual IKCS symposium is an opportunity for physicians, researchers, academics, and industry professionals from across the globe to join together and exchange ideas that will direct the future of kidney cancer research and treatment in the ultimate pursuit of a cure. The symposium is held twice a year: in North America in the fall, and in Europe in the spring.

LUGPA is a trade association that represents independent urology group practices in the U.S., with more than 2,200 physicians who make up more than 25 percent of the nation’s practicing urologists, and provide more than 30 percent of the total urologic care in the U.S. The association is committed to providing the best resources and information for its member practices through advocacy, research, data collection and benchmarking efforts.
